Where We Are
| | | Brittany Renovations is based in Plouha, between St Brieuc and Paimpol in the Côtes d'Armor. We have our main 'Depot' and office here. However are teams work in most of the departement, and sometimes further afield. |

History
| | | I have been building in France for the last 28 years. After coming over in 1975, learning the language and then going to building school in Rennes; I then went to work for a building firm in the centre of Brittany before setting up my own business in 1989. The business has since grown and matured, so that now we can take on almost every aspect in the building trade. |

Our Team
| | | I now have a well co-ordinated team including: electrician, plumber, tiler, plasterer, carpenter,plasterboarders, builders etc. This means that we can now provide a real A to Z in house building and renovation. Full guarentees etc |

Plans & Permits
| | | My wife is a qualified "dessinatrice d'etude", which means that we can draw up full plans for your house and arrange that all of the permits go through smoothly. We also look after all of the permits involved with septic tanks, and we now have our own diggers also. |

Septic Tanks
| | | We instal most types of septic tanks and filters in most of Brittany. |

Work Co-ordination
| | | This is a service that I provide more and more for people who are not in my direct vicinity. I know many French 'artisans' in most parts of Brittany, or if not I can find you local "artisans", and arrange for quotes and timing of works. As I take no commission from the "artisans" this allows me a good and strict control of the site. For this service I charge on an hourly basis. |

Surveys
| | If you have a few hesitations before buying a house, let me come and do a thorough check for you. More and more people prefer to have a third opinion on a property, and l will provide you with a full written report.
We try to look into every aspect of the house:- check the electrics / plumbing / state of the roof and tiles / insulation / woodworm / basic structure, and foundations / cheminée / septic tanks etc etc..... |
